One of the main ingredients in getting well when you are helpless and too sick to perform the things that you are used to doing, is support from others.
*Rest and relaxation techniques such as meditation are very important too.
*Supporting others with health issues is out of compassion from the heart!
I have set priorities for spending my time and energy on the most important things in life. One thing that I have practiced over these years is that I try not to get involved in any stressful event or situation. I listen to my body and operate accordingly, for my well being.
