Pauls Instructions To Children and Parents: Ephesians 6:1-3)
1" Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
2 "Honor your father and mother" which is the first commandment with a promise -
3 "so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth."
(Ephesians 6:4)
4 "Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord."
Genesis 1:27-30
27 "So God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them.
28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
29 Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.
30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground - everything that has the breath of life in it - I give every green plant for food."

MARK 3:20-23
20 "Then Jesus entered a house, and again a crowd gathered so that he and his disciples were not even able to eat.
21 When his family heard about this, they went to take charge of him, for they said, "he is out of his mind.
22 And the teachers of the law who came down from Jerusalem said, "He is possessed by Beelzebub! By the prince of demons, he is driving out demons."
23 So Jesus called them over to him and began to speak to them in parables."
Mark 3:31-35
31 Then Jesus' mother and brothers arrived. Standing outside, they sent someone in to call him.
32 A crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, "Your mother and brothers are outside looking for you."
33 "Who are my mother and my brothers?" he asked.
34 Then he looked at those seated in a circle around him and said, "Here are my mother and my brothers!
35 Whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother."

"Oxytocin" is often called the "(Love Hormone, Cuddle or Bonding Chemical)
According to some research, it has a positive impact on the complex social behavior of humans, such as relaxation, trust, and psychological stability. Think about when you see a long-lost friend, or parents after a long separation from them, like when I saw my mother again after leaving home for many years, or the feeling you get when you hug, laugh, have fun, and socialize with a good friend. That feeling comes as a rush of "Oxytocin". Just like fear can make your heart beat, the "Oxytocin released by a friendly hug or touch can put your heart at rest.
Random acts of kindness make people happy which can make you feel happy too. Receptors on cardiac cells detect its presence and your heart rate slows. It also helps reduce inflammation in blood vessels. So, it can have a healing power or effect on stress in many areas of the body. Even short interactions can stimulate a feeling of peace and relaxation.
