REBECCA'S BIO

     I hold the following Professional Designations and Licenses in Insurance/Finance/General Business Administration/Marketing.

     LUTCF - (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) including a Diploma in "Life Insurance Marketing" from The Life Underwriter Training Council in Bethesda, Maryland, and The National Association of Life Underwriters in Washington, D.C.

     INS - (General Insurance Certificate) from The Insurance Institute of America Incorporated.  

     B.B.A - (Bachelor of Business Administration Degree - Major in General Business - Banking/Finance) from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. 

     LICENSES - General Lines Insurance licenses (Life, HMO, Property and Casualty) in the state of Texas. 

     After joining a small "Share Group" which involved few members in my previous church, in November 1987, I decided not to waste any time to tell people about my new mission of sharing the Word of God publicly. I worked with this group by serving and ministering in different areas in my community as an Evangelist (visiting the homeless, conducting revivals around my community while feeding the hungry and disabled people).

     Ten years later, in March 1997, I answered the call in my insurance office while I was praying and listening to the Christian radio station. As I was listening to a music that was playing, I felt in my heart that it was time to begin a "Prayer Ministry".  I started writing my vision and thinking about how to begin my mission.  The first thing I wrote down was the name of my ministry and I came up with R.I.S.E. Ministries. Today, The acronym means REBECCA'S INSPIRATION AND SPIRITUAL EDIFICATION MINISTRIES.  Therefore, I made a bold transition to not be tied up in my insurance office confinement any longer but to expand my business by sharing the Gospel while I was working, and my lifestyle changed forever! I am bidding for God while I still have an opportunity to do so because we live in a world where many sudden and unexpected things are happening. There are too many evil activities in the world today and I want to make my voice be heard through R.I.S.E. Ministries; to make it a better place for our next generation. 

     Despite the above achievements and accolades, I answered the call to share the Gospel and decided to pour the rest of my life into outreach in my community and other areas of the world where the Holy Spirit is leading me to share the word of God. 

I am dedicated to teaching, evangelizing, inspirational writing, praying, encouraging, and leading people to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
